Terms of Service

Effective date: November 3, 2026

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the 555ntsh.com website and the SMM (Social Media Manager) application, including its desktop, web and command-line versions and any AI-agent integrations (together, the "Service"). The Service is provided by 555NTSH LLC, a Wyoming limited liability company ("555NTSH", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, don't use the Service.

1. The Service

SMM lets you:

  • connect social media accounts,
  • write posts and adapt them for each network,
  • schedule and publish them,
  • view statistics for your accounts.

Access to SMM is currently by invitation. Any fees for access will be agreed with you separately in writing before you are charged.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding agreement. You are responsible for keeping your sign-in credentials and any access keys you create secure, and for all activity under your account. Tell us promptly at joe@555ntsh.com if you believe your account has been compromised.

3. Connected platforms

When you connect a social media account, you authorize SMM to act on that account within the permissions you grant: publish content, read statistics, and manage posts you create through SMM.

  • You must have the right to manage every account you connect. If you connect an account on behalf of a client or another person, you confirm that you have their permission.
  • Your use of each platform remains subject to that platform's own terms and policies. You agree to follow them. In particular, by using SMM's YouTube features you agree to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service.
  • Platforms control their own APIs. They may change features, limits, visibility rules or prices, or suspend access, without notice to us. We can't guarantee that any particular platform feature will remain available, that a scheduled post will publish at an exact moment, or how a platform will display your content.
  • Platform charges are your responsibility. Some platforms charge for API use (for example, X charges per post). Where SMM can, it shows an estimate before publishing.

4. AI agents

SMM can be operated by AI agents through its command-line tool and MCP server, using access keys you create. Actions an agent takes with your keys are treated as actions taken by you. You control what each key may do (for example, drafts only) and can revoke it at any time. Review agent-created content before allowing it to be published.

5. Your content

You keep all rights to the content you create or upload. You grant 555NTSH a limited licence to store, process, format and transmit your content solely to operate the Service for you. This includes sending it to the platforms you choose. This licence ends when you delete the content or your account, except for content already published to third-party platforms, which is governed by those platforms.

You are responsible for your content, and you confirm that you have the rights needed to publish it.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

  • post unlawful, defamatory, harassing or hateful content, or content that infringes anyone's intellectual property or privacy;
  • send spam, or artificially manipulate engagement, followers or platform rankings;
  • violate any connected platform's terms or policies;
  • access accounts you aren't authorized to manage;
  • interfere with, probe or overload the Service, or attempt to bypass its security.

We may suspend or remove access, or remove content from the Service, if we reasonably believe these Terms have been violated.

7. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we handle information, and forms part of these Terms.

8. Termination

You may stop using the Service and close your account at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you violate these Terms, if a platform requires it, or if we discontinue the Service. We will give reasonable notice where we can. On termination, your data is handled as described in the Privacy Policy.

9. Disclaimers

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 555NTSH DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, OR THAT POSTS WILL PUBLISH OR PERFORM IN ANY PARTICULAR WAY.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, 555NTSH WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR US $100.

11. Indemnity

You agree to defend and indemnify 555NTSH against claims, damages and costs (including reasonable legal fees) that arise from your content, your use of the Service, or your violation of these Terms or of a platform's terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to their jurisdiction.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. If we do, we will change the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will notify account holders before they take effect. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.
