Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy explains how 555NTSH LLC ("555NTSH", "we", "us") collects, uses, shares and protects information when you use our website at 555ntsh.com and our application SMM (Social Media Manager), including its desktop, web and command-line versions and any AI-agent integrations (together, the "Service").

555NTSH LLC is a Wyoming limited liability company, principal address 30 N Gould St Ste R, Sheridan, WY 82801, USA. Contact: joe@555ntsh.com.

1. Information we collect

Account information. When you have an SMM account we store your name, email address, a securely hashed password, and, if you use passkeys, the public key of each passkey. We never store your password in readable form.

Connected social media accounts. When you connect a social media account (for example YouTube, Facebook, Instagram, X, TikTok or Telegram), we receive and store:

  • the access and refresh tokens the platform issues to SMM,
  • the account's identifier, display name, handle and profile image,
  • the permissions you granted.

We never see or store your password for those platforms.

Content you create. This includes the text, images, video and audio you upload or write in SMM, the networks you choose, schedules, drafts, and the resulting post identifiers and links returned by each platform.

Statistics from the platforms. These are metrics the platforms make available for your own accounts and posts, such as followers or subscribers, views, reach, likes, comments, shares and watch time. We store dated snapshots so you can see trends over time.

Operational information. This means sign-in records, IP addresses, timestamps, error logs, and an audit log of actions taken in SMM (including actions taken by AI agents you authorize). We use it to keep the Service secure and working.

2. How we use information

We use information only to provide the features you ask for:

  • publishing and scheduling your posts,
  • formatting them for each network,
  • showing your statistics,
  • securing your account,
  • troubleshooting.

We do not:

  • sell or rent your information,
  • use it for advertising,
  • build advertising profiles,
  • use data obtained from social media platforms' APIs to train artificial-intelligence or machine-learning models.

3. Google and YouTube

SMM uses YouTube API Services to upload videos, manage their details, and read channel and video statistics for channels you connect.

4. Other platforms

When you connect Meta (Facebook and Instagram), X, TikTok, Telegram or another network, that platform's own privacy policy also applies to information you share with it. We access only the permissions you grant, and only to provide the features described above. You can revoke access from the platform's settings at any time, or by disconnecting the account in SMM.

5. How information is shared

We share information only in these cases:

  • With the platforms you choose. When you publish, we send your content to the networks you selected.
  • With infrastructure providers who host our servers, database and file storage on our behalf. Some platforms (for example Instagram and TikTok) fetch media from a web address, so media may be placed briefly in cloud storage at a private, expiring link and deleted after publishing.
  • When required by law, or to protect the rights, safety or security of users, 555NTSH, or others.
  • If 555NTSH is involved in a merger or sale, in which case we will notify you before your information becomes subject to a different policy.

6. Security

  • Platform tokens are encrypted at rest.
  • Connections to the Service are encrypted in transit.
  • Access to production systems is restricted.
  • AI agents can act in SMM only through access keys you create, which can be limited (for example to drafts only) and revoked at any time.

No system is perfectly secure, but we work to protect your information and will notify affected users of a breach as required by law.

7. Retention and deletion

  • Disconnecting an account in SMM deletes its tokens immediately.
  • Temporary public media copies are deleted after the post is published.
  • When your SMM account is closed, we delete your content, connected-account data and statistics within 30 days, except where we must keep limited records to meet legal obligations.

8. Data deletion requests

You can ask us to delete your data at any time:

  1. Disconnect the account, or close your account, inside SMM.
  2. Or email joe@555ntsh.com with the subject "Data deletion request" from the email address on your account. We will confirm when deletion is complete, within 30 days.
  3. For Facebook or Instagram you can also remove SMM under Settings → Apps and Websites in your Facebook account. Then email us as above, and we will delete the data we received from Meta.

9. Your choices and rights

You can access, correct, export or delete your information by contacting us. Depending on where you live (for example California or the European Economic Area), you may have additional rights under local law. We will honor those requests as the law requires and will not discriminate against you for exercising them.

10. Cookies

The 555ntsh.com website and SMM's web version use only cookies or local storage that are strictly necessary, for example to keep you signed in. We do not use advertising cookies or third-party advertising trackers.

11. Children

The Service is intended for adults managing their own or their clients' social media. It is not directed to anyone under 18, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

12. Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will update the effective date above. If the changes are material, we will notify account holders by email or in the app before they take effect.
